- 1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian herb dressing
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 16 oz. package ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 8 oz. package lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Fettucine with Asparagus, Lemon, Pine Nuts and Mascarpone

Heat the oven to 450. Lightly coat a large shallow baking dish with olive oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, and more for the pan
- 2 lbs asparagus, eds trimmed, cut in 1 inch pieces on an angle
- 8 scallions, cut in thin rounds
- 2 lemons, finely grated zest
- 1 juice from lemon
- A few springs chipped of fresh thyme
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup grated grana padano cheese
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch generous ground allspice
- 3/4 cup homemade bread crumbs
- 1 lb fresh fettuccine
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
Spinach Salad

Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar garlic powder, sugar, curry, soy sauce
- 1 head of lettuce, large
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges
- 6 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 cup small head spinach
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 tube (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 packages (1 8 oz, one 3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups quartered fresh strawberries

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream

- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable pol
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup golden brown sugar. packed
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
