Measure 2 cups of above mixture into bowl

  • Shake pan over low heat to dry. Mash and add:
  • 3 lbs. white potatoes (pare and cook in salted water until fork-tender).
  • Drain well.
  • 4 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoon butter.
  • Mash well then rice potatoe. Do not refrigerate. Place in cool place overnight or until cool.
