- 1/4 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 larges eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups miniature chocolate chips
- optional: sanding sugar for sprinkling on top
Slow Cooker Beef Short Ribs

Place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker, and stir to combine
- 3 1/2 pounds lean beef short ribs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- 4 medium carrots, pared and cubed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
Honey Garlic Sirloin Steak

- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 lbs. sirloin steak (about 2" thick)

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup 10 oz
- 2 cans of mushroom pieces 6 oz, drained
- 6 oz evaporated milk
