Teriyaki Honey Chicken

TO COOK- Thaw. Bake at 350ºF covered 20-30 minutes
- IN a gallon bag place:
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
- 1/2 of a red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 t ground ginger
- 2 t minced garlic
Breaded Onion Rings

- 1 onion, thick slices
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Corn and Squash Soup Recipe

In a large saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 12 bacon strips, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 6 cups mashed cooked butternut squash
- 2 cans (8-3/4 ounces each) cream-style corn
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Sour cream, optional
KFC Style Gravy

Dilute the beef and chicken cubes in water
- 3 tablespoons butter or vegetable shortening
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 piece chicken cube or 2 teaspoons chicken powder
- 1 piece beef cube or 2 teaspoons beef powder
- 2 1/4 cups water
Blueberry Peach Pound Cake

I love this recipe for my Mom's pound cake and she loved it too
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, diced, at room temperature
- 1 c. peaches, chopped
- 1 c. blueberries, washed and chopped fine. If using frozen, do not thaw first.
- Drizzle
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
Bo-Berry Biscuits

Freeze butter. Preheat oven to 450F
- Glaze:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/3 Cup sugar
- 5 T of butter
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 oz of blueberries (fresh or dried)
- 1 Cup of powdered sugar
- 1/8 Cup of water
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
Corn Rice Medley

In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil; add rice
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Ham with Beer Glaze

Place ham in an uncovered roasting pan
- 1 fully cooked ham, about 3 to 4 pounds
- 1 cup beer
- Beer Glaze
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- beer to make a smooth paste
Chocolate Mint Sparkler Cookies

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- 1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) sugar
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) mint extract
- 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) cocoa powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 2 cups (500 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can also use a mix of white and semi-sweet chocolate chips)

- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
