Combine pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple in a large bowl
- 1 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite) - thawed
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)

- 12 tbsp. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 c. mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 graham cracker sheet, broken into chunks
- 1 milk chocolate Hershey's bar, broken into individual bars
- 1/2 dark chocolate Hershey's bar, broken into individual bars
- 7-9 large marshmallows, cut in half (depending on the size of your skillet)
