Easter Bunny Rolls

Put the butter, the sour cream and water in a small saucepan and heat, but do not cook
- 2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
Peppermint Mocha Soap

Cut melt and pour base into small cubes
- Melt and pour soap
- Mitre box or soap cutter, or you can get one of the square/rectangle trays
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder-- can substitute with cocoa butter, the scent will be weaker, but the feel of the soap will be smoother.
- 1 cup Ground Coffee (optional)
Key Lime Cheesecake Pancakes

Pancakes: Whisk together the wet pancake ingredients until combined
- Buttermilk Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- Zest from 1.5 key limes
- Cheesecake Topping:
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Zest from 1.5 key limes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs sugar
- Coconut is optional
Apple Cider Caramels

Apple pie meets caramel in these soft, chewy candies
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1 cup light syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted
- 1/2 cup boiled cider
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice*
- No Apple Pie Spice? Substitute 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or allspice
Chicken Shepherd’s Pie

Serves: 2
- The Filling:
- 1 cup chopped left over roast chicken, this is approximate. If you have less chicken, add more vegetables
- 1/3 cup, 225 g fresh or frozen peas
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 stalks of celery chopped
- 1 T, 3g flour
- 1/4 cup, 25dl chicken stock
- Potato Topping:
- 2-3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 T, 28 g mustard
- 2 T, 28g butter
- 2 T, 6g milk
- salt, pepper to taste
Bath Bombs & Fizzies

Mix your dry ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl with plenty of extra room
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups citric acid
- 2 oz oil of choice (I generally use either Almond or Evening Primrose)
- 1 oz fragrance of choice (either EO or FO, doesn’t matter which, really)
- aprx 1.5oz water or witch hazel in a spray bottle set to Mist
Potato Lemon cake

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup Klondike Goldust® potatoes, riced
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Cheeseburger Pie

Serves:4-6
- For alternate crust:
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2-3/4 c finely chopped onion (sweet)
- 1-2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/3 c dill pickle juice
- 1/3 c milk
- 1/2-1 c dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2-2 1/2 c cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg refrigerated pie crust
- Optional: 3/4 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce instead of 1/3 cup milk.
- Crumbled cooked bacon for bacon cheeseburger.
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
German Chocolate Cake Cookie

Chocolate Cookie: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Chocolate Cookie:
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- German Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate candy coating, melted for drizzle
Rose with White Chocolate Shorties

In a mixer with paddle adjustment add butter and powdered sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp.
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar, NOT sifted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp rose extract
- 1 Tbsp crushed edible rose petals, chopped fine...use your judgment. it's more for the visual effect.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- white chocolate for drizzle or a slight brush on the bottom
