- PANCAKES:
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 1/2 cups Very Hot Water
- 1/3 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Milk
- 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Sugar Or Stevia
- 1 dash Salt
- 3/4 cups Raspberries, Fresh
- FOR THE RASPBERRY SAUCE:
- 3 cups Raspberries, Frozen, Thawed (I Used Half Fresh, Half Frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice, Fresh
- 2 teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (taste Test To See How Much You Want To Add)

Prime beef short ribs with a cabernet blackberry sauce
- 6 each prime short ribs (each bone-in short rib should weigh about 16 oz.)
- 1 bottle cabernet sauvignon
- 1 can frozen blackberries with juice (thawed)
- 1 large diced onion
- 2 coarse sliced carrots
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1/2 bunch fresh thyme stems
- 5 sage leaves
- 3 TB kosher salt
- 2 TB Coarse ground black pepper
- 4 C veal demi glace
- 2 C chicken stock
- 1/4 C neutral cooking oil

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 425 degrees
- 16 tablespoons unsalted butter (2 sticks), frozen whole
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (can use frozen)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus additional for work surface
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- zest of one lemon
- 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
- vanilla sugar to sprinkle on top
- Can substitute Blueberry for the Raspberries

- 2 or 3 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
- 8 slices bacon cooked crispy and then crumbled
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups half and half
