Roasted Potatoes - Olive Garden

Roasted Potatoes are simple to make and perfect for a side dish for just about any meal
- 2 pounds red bliss baby potatoes
- 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Chicken-Parmesan Bundles

HEAT oven to 375ºF. MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp
- 4 oz.(1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1 egg
- 10 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Overnight Blueberry Stuffed French Toast with Blueberry-Lemon Sauce

Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 1 hour Total time: 1 hour 10 mins Serves: 10
- Blueberry Sauce:
- 12 cups cubed sourdough or French bread, divided
- 1 8 oz. package reduced fat cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
- 9 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk or half & half
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- (If you're serving more than four guests, you may want to double the recipe!)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh, or frozen, blueberries
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Chambord Glaze

Heat to melt ingredients. Stir to mix
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves (any flavor you choice)
- 2 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liquor (acording to flavor of preserves)
Strawberry Cheesecake Salad

Thaw whipped topping. I always put it in the fridge the night before
- 12 oz whipped topping
- 1 small package of cheesecake pudding powder or white chocolate pudding mix
- 3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurt
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 3 bananas sliced (add right before serving)
- miniature marshmallows (optional)
Orange Creamsicle Frozen Yogurt

Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice into a large bowl
- Optional Recipe:
- 2 oranges
- 500g / 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut milk, milk or yogurt
Peach and Almond Cake

- 6 oz sugar
- 12 oz ripe peach

- 6 oz self-raising flour
- 4 oz ground almond a few drops of vanilla extract

Mashed Potato Doughnuts

- Topping:
- 4-4 1/3 cups all-purpose
- 1 1/2 cups warm mashed potatoes*
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, lukewarm (it will appear curdled)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup sugar
- cinnamon or nutmeg, optional
Silky Chestnut Soup - Wolfgang Puck

Melt the butter in a medium sauce-pan
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups cooked chestnuts (from one 14.8-ounce vacuum-packed jar)
- 1 cup ruby port
- 1 thyme sprig
- 3 cups chicken stock or low-sodium broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Substitution for Ruby Port: 1 cup red wine and 4 tsp brandy
