Pavlova - Australian dessert

A large meringue cake that can be topped with whipped cream and fruit
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/8 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Key Lime Mustard Sauce Olivia's, Old Key West

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until incorporated
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 cup Honey Dijon Dressing
- 3/8 cup Key Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3/8 cup Stone Ground Mustard
Easy Broccoli and Beef Stir Fry

In large bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, cornstarch, garlic and teriyaki sauce
- 1 lb boneless beef round steak, 1 inch thick, cut into thin strips
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bag (24 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® Value Size frozen broccoli & three cheese sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- Hot cooked rice, if desired
Key Lime Cheesecake Cookies from Cake Mix

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a mini muffin pan with cookie spray or Crisco
- For the frosting:
- 1 C Coconut, toasted
- 1 2/3 C Flour
- 1 C Dry Pillsbury Key Lime Cake Mix
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 C Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 C Granulated sugar
- 1/4 C Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Coconut extract
- 1 Large egg
- 1 C White chocolate chips
- 1 C Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 pk (8oz) Cream Cheese
- 2 C Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla exctract
- 2 tsp Milk or heavy cream
- Macadamia nuts (optional)
Olive Garden's Venetian Apricot Chicken

COMBINE Garlic Herb Seasoning ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside
- Apricot Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (broth)
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato Mixture:
- 1/2 lb roma tomatoes, cut into 1” pieces
- 6 basil leaves, cut into 1/2” pieces
- 1 tsp garlic pepper
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Herb Seasoning:
- 3 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 bunch asparagus (remove bottom inch of stems)
- 1/2 lb broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Chopped parsley to garnish

- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter

- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes (about 4 large) peeled, quartered lengthwise, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable, if need be)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt plus more to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped fine (about 3/4 cup)
- 6 cornichons, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 tbsps minced fresh chives
- ground black pepper to taste
Orecchiette with Broccoli, Tomatoes and Sausage

Warm oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 8 ounces hot or sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings
- 1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes, with juice
- Salt
- 1 pound orecchiette or pasta shells
- 4 cups small broccoli florets (from one head)
- Shredded Parmesan, optional

Rub the chicken breasts with the seasoning salt, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
