Flat Belly - Chicken w/Romesco Sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 slice firm whole grain bread, crust discarded and bread torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup drained roasted red peppers (from a jar), coarsely chopped
- 1 tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp red-wine vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 c Swanson 33% less sodium chicken broth
- 5 tbsp Better'n Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- Kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3/4 c chopped scallions
- 1 1/4 c shredded carrots

- 8 oz rice noodles

- 1/2 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 (14 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 6 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup double cheddar shredded cheese
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions (scallions)
Doctored Up Cake Mix

CUPCAKES: 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- CUPCAKES:
- 1 pkg devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant espresso granules dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water (The espresso in this recipe really just deepens the chocolate flavor, but if you aren't into the whole coffee thing, just use 1/2 cup warm water)
- FROSTING:
- 4 sticks of unsalted butter, softened
- Pinch of fine grain sea salt
- 1 tbsp clear vanilla extract
- 2 lbs confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 4-6 tbsp heavy cream or milk
