- 350 g = 12 oz all-purpose flour

- 200 g = 7 oz butter
- 1 egg
- FILLING:
- 250 g = 0.5 lb ground walnuts
- 200 g = 7 oz sugar
- 250 g = 0.5 lb apricot jam
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1/2 cup water
- CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
- 100 g = 3.5 oz chocolate

- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded carrots (2 1/2 cups)
- 1 head napa cabbage, sliced into 2" strips (10 cups)
- 1 1/4 cups scallions
- 1 cup vegetable broth, chilled
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
