POACHED SALMON

- 1 1/4 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1/2 cup chopped celery

- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup water

- 8 ounce(s) cooked turkey or chicken breast, diced
- 1 jar(s) (7-oz) roasted red peppers, sliced
- 6 ounce(s) low-fat Swiss cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups)

Chicken and Dumplings

Place the chicken broth, water, and chicken breasts in a large pot or Dutch oven
- For the Dumplings:
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)

- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped

- 1/2 cup cold water

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar

- 2 plum tomatoes (rinsed)
- 3 tablespoons Hormel Premium Bacon Pieces
- 1 cup Chatham Village Garden Herb Croutons
Slow Oven Baked Ribs

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rib candy
- 1 large onion, rough chop
- 1 whole garlic, halved
- 1 3 inch ginger, rough chop
- 10 sprigs thyme
- 10 sprigs rosemary
- 2 scallions, chopped for garnish
Build a Pizza from Scratch

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown
- Dough:
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups flour
- Sauce: In sauce pan combine
- 1 large can crush tomatoes, 28 oz.
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp. rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- a few mushrooms.
- Combine in saucepan and simmer… Spread sauce on dough
- Topping:
- Meats: pepperoni, cooked hamburger or sausage, steak strips
- Cheeses: grated Provolone, Mozzarella, Romano, Scamoze. Cheddar
- Top with cheese and your favorite meat, olives, peppers onions, mushroom, spinach, asparagus and herbs, if wanted. Create your own family favorite today
