- 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

- 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 5 cups blackberries
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 cup orange juice
German Meatballs

- 1 lb trout meat, skinless and boneless, cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, small dice
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon whole grain
- Zest of one lime, plus juice divided
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
Snowball Cookies

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch

- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup raspberry juice
- 1 lemon, juiced

Macho Nachos

Smoky Barbecue Sauce

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 3/4 cup distlilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo
- 2 tablespoons mild molasses or dark molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Fresh Vegetable Dip

- 1-cup sour cream
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1-teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1-teaspoon dill weed
- 1-teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Accent seasoning

- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
Mini Peach Cobbler Recipe

- 2 tsp baking powder
- a dash of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 stick of melted butter
