Spiced Mixed Nuts

- 2 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning $
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups mixed nuts (any combination of untoasted walnuts, pecans, cashews, and pistachios)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan

- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup peach-passion fruit nectar
- 1/2 cup guava nectar
- 6 tbsps dark rum
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsps grenadine
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Barbecued Green Beans

1. Brown bacon in skillet until crisp and then break into pieces
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 cups green beans
Chicken Skewers with Soy-Mirin Marinade

- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces $
