- 7 cups hot cooked vermicelli (about 1 pound uncooked pasta)
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Spicy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

1 Melt butter in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
- 3 (15 oz) cans 100 percent pumpkin or 6 cups of chopped roasted pumpkin*
- 5 cups of chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)**
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
BACON CHEESEBURGER ROLL-UPS

In a large skillet, cook the beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 bacon strips, diced
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) Velveeta cubed
- 1 tube (16.3 oz) large refrigerated
- buttermilk biscuits

- 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 3 milk chocolate candy bars (two 7 ounces, one 1.55 ounces)
