Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches

Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough on work surface; separate into triangles
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/2 cup)
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 egg, beaten, if desired
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper, if desired
Crockpot Baked Stuffed Apples

Wash, core and stem the apples, but don't peel them
- 6 medium tart red apples
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup golden seedless raisins
- 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 2 cups very hot water
- 3 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
Orange Salad

Mix jello and pineapple together Then, stir in all remaining ingredients
- 1 small package of sugar-free orange jello
- 1 small tub of fat-free cool whip
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple/drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pie

• In large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy
- For the topping:
- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tub (12 ounces) Cool Whip, divided
- 1 jar (11.75 ounces) hot fudge topping, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot fudge
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Walk Away Baked Spaghetti

- 1 lb browned and seasoned ground Beef (Italian sausage can be substituted)
- 3/4 lb.spaghetti, cooked
- 1 jar (approx 15 oz) of your favorite pasta sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

- 1 small bag tortilla chips
- 4 chicken breasts -- up to 6
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese -- grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Banana-Pecan Biscotti

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mashed very ripe banana (about 1 banana)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

In a large soup pot, heat oil over high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey sausage, casing removed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 (15-1/2-ounce) cans great northern beans, undrained
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
Strawberry Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups mashed fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided

- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- half stick (4 Tbsp.) butter, melted
