- 1/2 cup applesauce

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

1.Cover the dried beans in water and boil on the stove for five minutes
- 3 cups dried black beans
- 4 cups broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion (any onion will do)
- 1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- 4 oz. diced green chilis
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- Cilantro, scallions, crushed tortilla chips, and avocado for garnish (optional)
Chicken Mexican Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350° and spray the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces [I used 2 large breasts for my casserole]
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6-7 medium sized tortilla’s, torn into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- Directions
- Mix chicken, rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, torn tortillas, cheddar cheese, olives and yellow onion in a large bowl. Stir to mix all ingredients.

- 1 large onion
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2" chunks
- 1 cup fresh green beans cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb stew-meat beef chunks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
