- sweet red pepper, stemmed and seeded and cut into large rings
- 1 large onion, trimmed and cut into large rings
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, trimmed

- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Preheat oven to 375F. Put Romano and Parmesan cheese in food processor
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1 large garlic clove
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, firmly squeeze to dry
- 6 1/4 oz artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
- 8 oz garlic-chive cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Peach Glazed Ham with Peach Corn Relish
