Quick Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons whipping cream
Slow Cooker Beef & Mushroom Stew

Season the beef with the black pepper
- 1 boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into 1-inch pieces
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 1 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine
- 2 clove garlic , minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning , crushed
- 10 ounce mushroom , cut in half (about 3 cups)
- 3 medium carrot , cut into 2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup frozen whole small white onion
- 1/4 cup water
Slow Cooker "Cowboy Steak and Bean Stew

Brown the steak in the oil in a skillet
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. beef steak, cubed (I used top round)
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 1/2 lb. dried white beans (navy or great northern)
- 7 cups of water
- 1 1lb. can of crushed or stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup turnips, diced (optional, if you don't care for turnips add more potatoes)
- 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 can beef broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco according to your taste
Lighter Chili

Heat oil in large nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans petite cut diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 cup medium salsa
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
Beef Cube Steak (Country fried Steak)

Beef cube steak Quick and easy
- 4 pieces of cube steak (about 1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon of oil (olive oil, coconut oil etc)
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 envelope of country gravy mix (white) for topping
Creamed Chipped Beef

In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk or half and half (half cream/half milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 (4.5-ounce) jar or package of dried beef, sliced or chopped
Chicken Bacon Pasta

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done (according to package instructions)
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or less if you don't want the heat)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 pound penne pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 grilled chicken breast, sliced (I marinated the chicken in Lawry's Garlic & Herb marinade)
Hot Crab Dip

Melt margarine. Combine all ingredients together and mix well with fork
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
BUENOS DIAS SQUARES ("Good Morning")

In large bowl, stir together baking powder and salt, if desired
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion Salsa, optional

- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
