Hawaiian Baked Pork

Place pineapple in a large baking dish
- 2 cups crushed pineapple
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 pork steaks or pork chops
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 strips bacon
Dinner in a Crock pot

Sear the steak in butter and spices, I used Italian steak seasoning
- 1/4 " steak (2 or 3)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tsp. of butter
- 4 red potatos
- 1/2 onion
- 4 carrots

- 1/2 c. water
Grilled Flank Steak with Corn, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

Preheat grill to medium hot
- 1 pound raw lean flank steak
- 1 medium garlic clove, peeled and smashed with side of a knife
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

- 1 Tbsp jalapeno pepper(s), minced (do not touch seeds with bare hands*)
- 1 small corn on the cob, cooked, kernels removed
- 1/2 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh, minced
- 1/8 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Almond Butter Snickerdoodles

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (about 3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened $
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons smooth almond butter
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind $
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract $
- 2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten $
- 4.75 ounces white whole-wheat flour (about 1 cup)
- 1.5 ounces whole-wheat flour (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Taco Soup with Corn

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped

Chicken Broccoli Shells Recipe

- 1 jar (16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Denver Eggs-and-Potato Hash Sammies

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 8 small potatoes, thinly sliced

Pineapple Cheese Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp flour, all purpose or coconut for gluten free
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans, 20 oz each, pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice
- 1 cup butter cracker crumbs, we use Ritz
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
