Ingredients

  • 4 halves boneless
  • Skinless chicken breasts
  • 2-14oz cans water packed artichoke hearts, drained & lightly chopped
  • 3/4 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Enough Angel Hair pasta for 2-4 servings (depending on appetite) and cooked according to package directions.

Step 1

Combine artichoke hearts, cheese, mayo and garlic powder until blended. Place chicken in an 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread with artichoke mixture and bake uncovered for 30+/- minutes at 375 Serve over pasta. ENJOY!!!
