German Deli Pizza

My family absolutely LOVES this mild, yet rich and almost buttery take on a ham and swiss sandwich
- Sauce:
- 1 ready-made pizza crust, such as Boboli
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- Toppings:
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup fully cooked lean ham, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
Hot Brown Sandwich

HEAT broiler. MELT butter in small saucepan on low heat
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 pkg. (7-1/2 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, broken in half
Chicken Fajita Pizza

This is my family's favorite homemade pizza
- 2 pre-made pizza crusts, such as Boboli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 2 cups sliced green peppers
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salsa (make sure it is not too watery...you may
- need to strain it a bit)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or favorite cheese

- 1 whole store-bought roast chicken (about 2 lbs.)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 container (7 oz.) chopped onions
- 6 cans (14oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 container (14 oz.) pre-cut carrot sticks, chopped
- 1 container (14 oz.) pre-cut celery sticks, chopped
- 1 roll (16.3 oz.) golden buttermilk biscuit dough
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed chicken gravy
