  • 1 pound tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1-6 oz. package salami, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 package sliced mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1-3.8 oz. can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, cut into bite size cubes
  • 1 C rotisserie chicken, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 11/2 C Bernstein's Italian dressing



Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate for 2-4 hours before serving.
