Chewy Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 roll Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
Chicken Parmesan

- 8 oz uncooked spaghetti
- 1/3 cup Progresso® Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened slightly
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Toasted Pecan and Rhubarb Bread

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4-inch loaf pan
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb (do not thaw)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Strawberry Cheesecake Salad

Thaw whipped topping and in a large salad bowl stir together whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 1 small package of cheesecake pudding (just the powder, don't add the milk)
- 3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurts (I used Yoplait)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 bananas, sliced (add just before serving or they brown)
- miniature marshmallows (add just before serving)
Asparagus Roasted Parmesan

- 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus
- 2 tble olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic pepper blend
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 tble shredded Parmesan cheese
Fudgy Banana Pudding Pops

In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with wire whisk about 2 minutes or until well blended
- 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate fudge fat-free sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 container (6-oz) Yoplait® Light very vanilla yogurt
- 8 waxed paper cups (5-oz size)
- 8 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Ham Roll-Ups

- filling:
- thinly sliced ham or meat of choice
- dill pickles (optional)
- green & black olives (optional)
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 tble worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs horseradish
- 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
Strawberry Fields No-Bake Cheesecake

MIX graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan
- 12 graham crackers, finely crushed (about 2 cups crumbs)
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
