Preheat over to 325 degrees grease 2 loaf pans mix dry ing
- 2 1/2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 2 cups shredded zuchinni (2 med zuchinni)
Pepperoni-Pizza Monkey Bread

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 4 (4-inch) tart pans with cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 4 slices (1/4 inch thick) fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
Upside Down Pizza

Heat oven to 450°F. In large bowl, stir together pasta sauce, beef, pepperoni and olives
- 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni, cut in half

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (16 oz)
- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
- Olive oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
North Dakota Apple Pie Liquor

- 6 cans frozen apple juice
- 18 cups water
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 750 ml everclear
- 7 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups brown sugar
Quick Chicken Stir-Fry

Stir the cornstarch, 1 cup broth, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced carrots, sliced celery and green onions cut into 1-inch pieces or green or red pepper strips)
- 2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
- 1 cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups)

- 1-1/4 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup puréed strawberries
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

- 3/4 cup boiling water
