Curried Mixed Nuts 1. Line baking sheet with foil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil. Use ‘ghee’ (clarified butter) if you are going totally native.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder or garam marsala
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 2 oz cucumber infused gin
- 1 oz St. Germain liqueur
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup or agave

Cottage Pie

Preheat oven 400 degrees Boil the potatoes until done, about 20 minutes, and mash them

- 5 T. butter
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 c. beef stock (may need more)
- 2 T. ketchup
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce (or more if desired)
- S & P
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 can succotash, drained
- 2 lbs. mashed potatoes
- Optional: sweet corn or baked beans

- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot pepper sauce
