1 Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Gluten Free brownie mix
- Butter and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup apple jelly

Braised young lamb is the basis for this classic French ragout with spring vegetables, known as a la printaniere
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil, as needed
- 3 pounds lamb shoulder, trimmed of fat and cut into 3-inch chunks
- 1 large white or yellow onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 cups chicken. Iamb. or beef broth
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour kneaded into 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, for thickening
- 14 to 16 14 to 16 baby carrots (about 10 ounces)
- 10 to 12 baby turnips (about 1/2 pound). peeled and left whole or halved
- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed and cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
- 1 cup fresh (about 3/4 pound unshelled) peas or thawed frozen petite peas

- whipped cream or purchased whipped topping

In a large pot heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat
- Ingredients:
- Chicken Avocado Lime Soup
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts*
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped green onions (including whites, mince the whites)
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced (leave seeds if you want soup spicy, omit if you don't like heat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 (14.5 oz) cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 medium avocados, peeled, cored and diced
- Tortilla chips, monterrey jack cheese, sour cream for serving (optional)

- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 4 fresh sage leaves
- 3 cloves garlic. quartered
- 2 medium-size yellow onions. sliced
- One 12-ounce jar tart cherry preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 medium yellow onions, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3-4 pound boneless pot roast (or substitute sliced flank steak or stew meat)
- 1 1/2 cups mixed dried fruit
- 1 1/2 cups dried apple rings
- 3/4 cups pale ale or apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Place all of the ingredients into a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker and add enough chicken stock to cover
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp coriander
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
