Preheat the oven to 450°F
- 1 baguette, sliced 1⁄2-inch thick (30 to 36 slices)
- 1 ⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

- 5 Roma tomatoes, sliced

Boil pasta. Reserve 1 cup pasta water
- 1 pound penne
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced prsciutto , chopped
- 1 pound arugula
- 2/3 cup gresh parmesan
- 3/4 ts lemon zest
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Chocolate Chip Cook Layer with Oreos

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 16 Double Stuf Oreos, plus more for the top
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder

To make the pastry: combine the flour, sugar, salt, and lemon zest in a large mixing bowl
- Pastry:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, zest finely grated
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small chunks
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons ice water, plus more if needed
- Filling:
- 4 large ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Fill a large pot with water, bring to a boil and salt the water
- 1/2 pound dried spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 pound thickly sliced pancetta, chopped
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 large heads escarole, washed and drained, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup chicken stock or broth, eyeball it
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, a couple of handfuls, plus some to pass at table

Preheat oven to 350°F. Finely grind graham crackers, toasted almonds and 3 tablespoons sugar in processor
- 16 whole graham crackers (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup whole almonds, toasted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 quarts coffee ice cream, softened until spreadable
- Fudge Sauce
- 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 425°
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for brushing
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 packed cup)
- 4 ounces deli-sliced American cheese, chopped
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika

- 3 soft-shell crabs, cleaned and patted dry

- 1 1/2 broccoli rabe trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 1 1b orechiette'1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 anchovy fillet, mashed
- 1 tdp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tsp salt
- Shaved parmesan
Candy Bones

Put the chips in a heat proof bowl over barely simmering water and let melt, stirring frequently
- 18 pretzel sticks and rods of various sizes
- 36 mini-marshmallows (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Stick marshmallows onto both ends of the pretzels, with the marshmallows' flat sides parallel to the pretzel.
