Hash brown Potatoes

Thaw potatoes (30 min) and mix in other ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns
- 1/2 c. dried onion
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chocolate orange swirls

Beat butter at medium speed till creamy add sugar beat well
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lg egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 tsp orange extract
- 2 1 oz sq semi-sweet chocolate melted and cooled
Cheesy Ranch and Bacon Mashed Potatoes

Whisk together ranch mix, sour cream, and milk into large glass bowl
- 2 1 oz. package Ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 22 oz. package frozen mashed potatoes
- 12 crumbled and cooked bacon slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- green onions for garnish (if desired)

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 t. salt
- 2 cakes of yeast
- 2/3 c. warm water
- 1 T. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 5 c. flour
Chicken Breasts with Wine

Place chicken breasts in greased casserole dish
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. cooking wine (or water)
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
Torpedo

Preheated the oven to 30 deg
- 1 loaf (12 to 16 oz.) French Bread, cut in half lenghtwise
- 2 T. plus 1 t. olive oil (divided)
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli-style ham
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey breast
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced hard salami
- 1/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Upside-Down Pizza Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 15 ounce can Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 1 10 ounce package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
Taco lasagna

Spray 9x13 pan with pam. Layer 6 tortillas on bottom of pan and up the sides of pan
- 1 1/2 ground beef, or turkey
- 2 pkgs. taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 pkgs. flour tortillas
- 3 cups salsa
- 16 oz. sour cream with 1 Tblsp. chilli powder mixed in
- 2 cups montery jack cheese
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 Tblsp green onion
Taco Soup

Brown meat in large pan and drain
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 Tblsp. minced garlic
- 32 oz. ranch style beans
- 32 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 32 oz. diced tomatoes
- 20 oz. rotel tomatoes
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning
- 2 pkgs. ranch dressing, dry mix
- 1 sm. can ripe olives
- 4 Tblps. chopped fresh cilantro
- garnish with cheese and tortilla chip
English Toffee

- 3 T. water
- 1 T. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. almonds or pecan, finely chopped
- 3/4 c. milk choc. or semi-sweet chips
