Chicken Breasts with Wine

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine (or water)
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
  • 1/3 c. melted oleo



Step 1

Place chicken breasts in greased casserole dish. Arrange slices of cheese on top of each breast. Mix soup and wine (or water) and pour over. Sprinkle stuffing over all, then pour melted butter over. Bake at 350 deg for at least 1 hour. 1 hour and 10 min. for more tender chicken
