Feather Rolls

1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of the flour and the yeast
- 4 1/4 - 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F)
- 1/2 cup mashed cooked potato
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
French Toast

In medium bowl beat eggs, blend in baking mix until smooth
- 3 T. packed brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 2 t. sugar
- 1/2 t.vanilla
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 loaf of Day old French Bread
Heath Bar Coffee Cake

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vanilla
- 6 heath bars
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Creme de mint

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 16 oz. can Hershey syrup
- 1 c. flour
- Mint ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. powder sugar
- 2 t. peppermint extract
- 2 t. water
- few drops green coloring
Cheesy Ranch and Bacon Mashed Potatos

Whisk together ranch mix, sour cream, and milk in large glass bowl
- 1 1 oz. pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1 22 oz. pkg frozen mashed potatos
- 6 crumbed and cooked bacon slices
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- garnish w green onion if desired

- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 eggs
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Orange-Kissed Chocolate Brownies

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons light-color corn syrup
Raisin Bran Muffins

- 15 oz. Box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar

- 5 t. baking soda
- 2 t. salt

Layered Bean Dip

In medium bowl, mix together refired beans, green chilies and taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (31 oz.) Refried beans
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) Taco Seasoning mix
- 2 ripe Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 Jar (16 oz.) Taco sauce
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Black olives sliced
American Macaroni Salad

In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley and tomato, if using
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drained
- 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup diced vine-ripened tomato (optional)
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
