Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioner rolled oats(not quick-cooking)
- 1 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips divided
Blueberry Coleslaw (Michael Symon's)

1. Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the onion, preferably using a mandoline on its thinnest setting
- 1 head Sovoy cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot, juilienned
- 1 pt blueberries (about 2 cups)

Brown Lounge Artichokes

- 4 firm artichokes, rinsed
- 12 cups of water
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 melted butter
- Italian seasoning or your favorite herb mixture to taste
- Black truffle salt, sea salt or your favorite seasoned salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 to 2 TBSP plain or seasoned crushed bread crumbs
- 2 fresh lemons, sliced into wedges for drizzling or garnish

Cuban Pork Tenderloin

Using thin knife, trim silver skin from tenderloin
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Peach Cobbler Granola

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside
- 3 cups gluten free oats
- 1/4 whole, raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons hemp hearts, optional
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup peach puree, about 3-4 peaches

Gluten-Free Ginger Berry Crisp

- 4 Cups fresh or frozen berries (we used raspberries and blueberries)
- 1/4 Cup CRYSTALLIZED GINGER or SWEET GINGER BITS
- 1 Cup almond flour
- 1/4 Cup coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- maple syrup, to taste (we used 2 TB)
