- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup spring greens, pea shoots, frisee, arugula

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/4 cup natural cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons brewed espresso or extra-strong brewed coffee, at room temperature

- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 pkg sugar snapped peas halved
- 1 lb frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 pkge Cream cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Spicy Chicken Salad

The perfect marriage of spicy and cool
- Dressing:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2-1 tsp. BERBERE
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 Cups greens (2 medium heads different types of lettuce-we used romaine and Boston)
- other toppings as desired: we used croutons, cherry tomatoes, red onion
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. TUSCAN SUNSET
- 1/2 tsp. CRUSHED BROWN MUSTARD
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
