Easy Spicy Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup

Mix all of the ingredients except the noodles
- Toppings:
- 9 9 9 ounces ramen noodles
- 1 1 1 quart chicken stock
- 2 2 2 cups water
- 1 1 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, picked from the bones
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 1 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 2 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 2 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 1 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 1 1 handful spinach (optional)
- Dried seaweed
- Scallions
- Soft-boiled egg
- Sriracha sauce
- Sliced Thai chilies
Baked Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 Cups skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup plain yogurt or unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 TBSP firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Cups quick cooking oats or regular
- 2 tsp. CINNAMON
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen(raspberries, blackberries and blueberries etc.)
Mini Cranberry Cheesecake Parfaits

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, tossing with a fork
- 1 cup Biscoff wafer crumbs, about 5 oz wafers
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Cranberry-Fig Compote(recipe in keyingredient), or store-bought whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup Sugared Cranberries, optional (recipe in Keyingredient)
Cinnamon Bun Pretzel Mix

Combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 4 1/2-5 cups miniature pretzel twists
Slow-Cooker Tender Pork

Place pork into slow cooker
- 2-3 pound boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Fat Louie`s Balsamic
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Snap Peas with Cucumber and Ginger

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
