Slow-Cooked pulled Pork

In a 6 quart crock pot mix all ingrediednts except pork
- 2/3 cup lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 med white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry

- 1 TBSP plus 2 tsp coconut, avocado or other oil divided
- dash of sesame oil (optional)
- 8 cups Kirkland Signature Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Nesco Spaghetti Sauce

Phyllo Pizza Bites

In a bowl, season chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups Roma or Italian plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 20 sheets Athens Fillo Dough (9x14), thawed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated, for garnish

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lg egg plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
