Peanut Butter (Homemade)

In a food processor combine all ingredients until well combined
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3-4 Tbsp of oil
Apple Crumb Pie

This pie is great for beginners—no rolling of the crust necessary
- Crust:
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 Cup oil (canola, corn or vegetable)
- 3 TB. milk
- 2 tsp. white or cider vinegar
- Filling:
- 6-8 assorted apples (Jill has used Jonathans, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Rome and McIntosh. Any good baking apples will do.)
- 1/2-1 Cup sugar (depending on the tartness of your apples)
- 1 tsp. PENZEYS CINNAMON
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT (Jill uses DOUBLE-STRENGTH)
- 1 TB. butter, cut into small pieces
- Topping:
- 3/4 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/3 Cup butter (5 1/3 TB.), room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS CINNAMON

- 2 crust pastry
- 5 cups pitted cherries
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- juice from cherries with 1/2 cup reserved
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
Blockbuster Cookies

Two movie snack classics-popcorn and Rasinets- get top billing in these showstopping treats!
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate Raisinets
- 3 cups buttered and salted popcorn, store-bought or homemade
Apple Scotch Crisp

Cover bottom of a buttered 9-inch-square pan with apple slices
- For topping:
- 5-6 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz dry regular butterscotch pudding
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Dash nutmeg
Cherry Almond Granola

This granola works wonderfully with any kind of dried fruit
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups dried cherries
