When I discovered this freezable cheese soufflé, I’ll admit I had my doubts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar, or other cheese (I used a
- mixture of Parmesan, cheddar and Gruyere)
