  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 3 ounces diced prosciutto or ham
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 cup chocolate wafer cookies (about half of a 9-ounce package), finely ground in food processor
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped (can use 60%-cocoa chocolate chips)
  • 1 disk Mexican chocolate, chopped (available in ethnic sections of some grocery stores or in Hispanic markets)
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Lightly sweetened whipping cream and fresh fruit for garnish
