Browned Butter-Pecan Shortbread

- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans
Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Honey Mustard:
- 2 cups crushed sour-cream-and-onion-flavored potato chips
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 6 chicken breast fillets, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Honey Mustard, recipe follows
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon
- Horseradish, to taste
- 2 tablespoons orange juice (more or less as needed)
- Combine all ingredients except orange juice; stir well. Thin to pouring consistency for dressing or dipping consistency for dips with orange juice. Cover and chill for 2 or 3 hours.
- Yield: 1 1/4 cups

Chicken Fajita Quesadillas

For the procedure, first, slice the chicken breasts into strips, about an inch apart, and coat with taco seasoning
- You need
- 3 Chicken Breasts,
- 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning,
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil,
- 1 Onion, sliced,
- 4 Cloves Garlic, sliced,
- 3 Bell Peppers, sliced,
- 1 Lime, juice,
- 8 Tortillas,
- 2 Tbsp. Butter,
- 2 Cups Mexican Cheese Blend
Tzatziki (Greek Yogurt and Cucumber Sauce) Recipe | Yummly

If you don't have Greek yogurt, strain plain yogurt
- 3 cups Greek Yogurt (or regular plain yogurt, strained as described above)
- 1 lemon (about 3 T)
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced
- 1 T kosher salt for salting cucumbers
- 1 T finely chopped fresh dill (can substitute mint leaves for a slightly different version)
- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Jalapeno Poppers

Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside
- Tip:
- 10 to 15 medium jalapeño peppers
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces bulk Italian sausage, cooked
- 5 to 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into 4 strips, if desired
- Be careful when handling jalapeños, the oils in the pepper can irritate the skin. Wash hands immediately after handling or wear disposable gloves.
Gingerbread Cake Recipe

In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped topping
Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Italian Vegetables
