Seafood Primavera Pasta Pizza

- PASTA CRUST:
- 8 oz uncooked vermicelli or angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup whipping cream or half and half
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp cooking sherry or dry sherry
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- FILLING:
- 2 - 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into 1 x 1/4 inch strips
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups Green Giant American Mixtures Manhattan Style Frozen Broccoli,
- Cauliflower, Pea Pods & Yellow Peppers (from 16ox bag), thawed, large
- pieces cut up
- 1 4.5oz jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 cups seafood (small uncooked shelled shrimp, uncooked bay scallops, &
- imitation crab meat)
- 5 oz (1 1/4 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
Smothered Steak and Onion

Sprinkle steak with lemon herb seasoning
- 4 (4oz) lean, cubed sirloin steaks
- 1/2 tsp salt free lemon herb seasoning
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 tsp beef flavored bouillon granules
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked long grain rice (cooked without salt or fat)
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Chinese Chicken Stir Fry

Added garlic in marinade. Maybe add garlic and nuts to veggies and more sesame oil - rice wine
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 (4oz skinned, boned chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 (16oz) pkg frozen broccoli, green beans, pearl onions, and red peppers,
- thawed
- 1 (8oz) can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 (6oz) pkg frozen snow pea pods, thawed
- 3 cups cooked long grain rice (cooked without salt or fat)
Snappy Barbeque Beef Sandwiches

Can make in oven or crockpot
- 4 lbs flank steak, trimmed
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 24 french rolls, split
Corn Dish

Drain corn and retain water
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- Ritz crackers - one tube
- 2 cup package of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 - 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 stick butter (melted)
Lemony Honey Topping

In a small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, honey and lemon juice
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Bleu Cheese - Dill Salad Dressing (Story Inn)

Blend ingredients thoroughly, then add 12 oz mayo and mix well
- 2 1/2 oz bleu cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dill weed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dried chives
- 3/4 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 Tbsp white pepper
- 6 oz buttermilk
- 12 oz mayo
Red Beans & Rice

Place the beans in a large bowl or pot and cover with water by 2 inches
- 1 lb dried red beans, rinsed and sorted over
- 3 Tbsp bacon grease
- 1/4 cup chopped tasso, or chopped ham
- 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
- pinch cayenne
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, split in half lengthwise and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb smoked ham hocks
- 3 Tbs chopped garlic
- 10 cups chicken stock or water
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, garnish
Greek Dip (Easy)

- 1/2 (32 oz) container plain low fat yogurt
- 1 912 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained & chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
