Preheat oven to 450. Toss together shrimp, peppers, and 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 lb peeled, small raw shrimp, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
- 1 (3 1/2lb) boneless pork loin
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- ANDOUILLE CREAM
- 1/2 lb andouille sausage, chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Creole mustard
Tomatoes Vinaigrette

- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp chopped purple onion
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- dash of chili powder
- dah of garlic powder
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- green leaf lettuce (optional)

- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Place 2 bacon slices in food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped
- 18 bacon slices, cooked until crispy
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 Tbsp (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp ice water, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour

- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme

- 3 1/2 cups cooked wide egg noodles (cooked without salt or fat)
