  • CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks (about 3 1/2oz each), skinned
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Cooking spray or oil mister coating
  • COATING INGREDIENTS:
  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup crushed conflake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • GRAVY:
  • 1 lb boneless beef round steak, 3/4 inch thick and trimmed
  • 3 Tbs all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup lower sodium beef broth
  • 1/3 cup dry red wine or tomato juice
  • 1 tsp lower sodium worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • dash ground red pepper (cayenne)

  • 4 cups uncooked bow-tie pasta or 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pkg(8oz) sliced fresh mushrooms(3 cups)I used 4oz white/4oz baby bella
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth (from 32oz carton)
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • salt, if desired
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
