Easy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles)

Sice the ends off the zucchini and place it on your spiralizer
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 Tbsp parmesan, grated
- salt & pepper, to taste
Smoky Hot Honey Butter (for cornbread)

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth and well blended
- 1/2 C (1 stick) Butter, Softened
- 3Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Crockpot Pork Tenderloin (Trisha Yearwood)

Season the pork loin lightly with salt
- 2 1/2 - 3lb pork tenderloin,
- trimmed of all visible fat
- NOTE: Double all seasonings
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp grd ginger
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- salt & pepper to taste
Homemade Taco Seasoning

Add ingredients to a spice jar
- MAKES 6 TBSP (1/4C + 2TBSP)
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp grd cumin
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp mushroom powder, optl
- 1 1/2 tsp hot smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp grd coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, or
- more if want spicy

Easy Pecan Pie Bars (Amy Fischer)

pan. Spray the foil liberally withcookingPreheat oven to 350
- SHORTBREAD CRUST:
- 2 C. flour
- 1/3 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 C cold butter, cubed
- FILLING:
- 4 Lg Eggs
- 1 1/2 C corn syrup - I used
- light but dark works too
- 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 C chopped pecans
Strawberry Slab Pie (Amy Fischer)

Preheat oven to 450. Turn both pie crusts out on a lightly floured surface and stack one on top of the other
- 1 11oz pkg refrigerated pie crust
- FILLING:
- 32oz fresh strawberries, hulled
- and sliced
- 2 1/2 C lemon lime soda (sprite)
- 6oz strawberry jello
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1/3 C cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Frozen whipped topping or
- whipped cream, garnish

- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2C granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 2 1/2C flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt + more for
- sprinkling
- 3/4 C broken pretzels + more
- for top
- 1 1/2C caramel bits + more
- for top
- 3/4C semisweet chocolate
- cips + more for top
Broccoli Salad (Ronna Pope)

Mix all ingredients together
- 2 bunches cleaned and cut up
- broccoli (or use 1 bag of pre-
- cleaned Broccoli Wokly, cut
- into bite size)
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- (about 4-6 onions)
- 1 LB bacon, fried and crumbled,
- or use the ready to eat kind
- 1 small package of sunflower
- seeds
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1-2 C of grated or shredded
- cheddar cheese
- 1 C Miracle Whip
- 1/3 C of sugar
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar
