Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of quinoa in pot
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 medium purple onion, sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp(s) Hot Italian Sausage Seasoning (Con Yeager Spice Company)
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 roasted red peppers, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- parsley
- garlic salt

- 5 cups sugar
- 1 small jar yellow mustard
- 3 Tbs. salt
- 1 pint vinegar 1 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 cup flour (mixed with a little water)

- 2 jars (4-1/2 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 shallots, finely chopped

- 3 large potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter, cubed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
