Directions: Heat oven to 375°F
- Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter or baking spray
- 2 cans (12.4 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Icing from cinnamon rolls
- Maple syrup (if desired) --I found it was sweet enough without it.
Millionaire's Shortbread

For the Crust Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled-off
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon ice water
- 1 large egg yolk
- For the Caramel Layer
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup (such as Lyle's Golden Syrup) or dark corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Generous pinch salt
- For the Chocolate Layer
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, broken into small pieces, best quality
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream

- 4 4 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 2 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 1 1 onion, sliced
- 2 2 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, sliced into strips
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 2 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry-Raspberry Sauce

To make the marinade, combine the lemon juice and zest, garlic, dijon mustard

- 2- 1 pound pork tenderloins loin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

- the juice and zest of 3 lemons
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- salt and pepper

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- the zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of cranberry, fresh or frozen

- 1 lb package of Turkey Kielbasa
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 20 oz. package of refrigerated Tortellini
- 20 oz can of whole tomatoes, cut in the can with kitchen scissors

- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded jack and cheddar cheeses
