Kale and Sausage Stew

pull the kale leaves from the stem, setting stems aside
- 1 lb kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 about 1 lb italian sausage or chicken andouille sausage, sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium russet or yukon gold potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika, or 1 tsp red pepper flakes or both
- 3 cups chicken stock (i used 32oz of broth)
- 1 (15oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (i used two cans)]
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 ⁄2 lime, juice of

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except 1 cup of reserved breadcrumbs)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (plus another cup for coating finished balls)
- 16 oz crabmeat

- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1.5 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup frozen peas & carrots blend
- 1/2 cup frozen green beans
- 4 cups cooked rice (Jasmine or Basmati work the best for this, but you can use whatever you prefer.)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (I prefer Soy Vey brand) Use as much as you'd like. 1/2 cup was perfect for me.
