- ingredients:
- 3-4 cups farfalle [bow-tie] pasta
- 1 [8 oz] container of sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 2.5 oz baby spinach leaves
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 TBSP homemade or store-bought pesto
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra to garnish
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- a drizzle of olive oil
- a pinch of red pepper flakes [optional]
- salt and pepper to taste
- for the shrimp:
- 21 jumbo shrimp, defrosted
- 1-2 TBSP butter
- 1/4-1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning blend [optional]

Grilled Cheese Bacon Crescent Squares

- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- Velveeta cheese - sliced (or substitute your favorite cheese)
- 12 oz or 16oz package of bacon, cooked
- flour for dusting (optional)
Slow Cooker Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Chop each cheese stick into half inch pieces (about 6-8 pieces for each cheese stick)
- Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs (panko or regular, Italian seasoned or plain)
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3-4 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
- marinara or alfredo sauce, for dipping

- 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella divided
- 2 tsps dried basil

- 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Banana, cinnamon swirl bread: I make it in muffin form with chocolate chips on top--- yum!!!!!
- For the bread:
- 3 over-ripe bananas, smashed up
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 pound Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped Finely
- 2 cloves (to 3 Cloves) Garlic, Chopped
- 3/4 cups (to 1 Cup) Vodka
- 1 can (About 14 Oz.) Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon (to 1/2 Teaspoon) Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
