Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Blondies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and butter a 13 × 9 pan

- approx. 2/3 to 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (I crushed my own; they were coarsely crushed)
Rib Eye Steak with Onion Blue Cheese Sauce

Directions Preheat the grill to a high heat or light your outdoor grill
- 4 rib eye steaks (about 5 ounces each)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl
- 1/2 cup of any Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/2 cup of Honey
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- 1 Garlic Clove, smashed and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Ruth Chris Creamed Spinach

Thaw spinach completely. Boil spinach for 10 minutes and drain, pressing water out of spinach
- 3 pounds frozen spinach
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 quart half and half
- Dash nutmeg
Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf

Mix everything together and form into a loaf on a sprayed baking sheet
- used ground turkey and it was a little over a pound but you can also replace with ground chicken
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- panko crumbs, enough to just soak up the moisture
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, homemade preferred, additional for top and to serve with.
- 3/4 cup of small cubed asiago cheese
- a handful of grated romano cheese
- fresh chopped basil and parsley
- s&p, of course
Italian Sausage Tortellini

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup regular or heavy cream
- 9 ounces tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, loosely packed
American Flag Butter Cake

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- kosher salt

- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Marinara sauce, warmed, for dipping
Lemon Chicken Romano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 (8 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed, halved horizontally*, and pounded to 1/2-inch thick
- 2 oz shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
- 2 oz shredded Provolone cheese (1/2 cup)
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 oz finely shredded Romano cheese (1/2 cup)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- Zest of 1 lemon (2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon slices or wedges for serving (you can just use the one that was zested)
