  • 1 cup finely crushed fat-free saltine crackers (about 20)
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray

  • 1-8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (I have done either, both are good)
  • Cinnamon Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons half & half
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Garnish- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mixed herbs, such as basil, parsley and thyme
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pound penne rigate or rigatoni
