1.Rinse off chicken, pat dry, and put into Ziploc bag
- Here’s what you’ll need…Serves 4
- ◾Chicken (I’m using boneless, skinless chicken breast here)

- ◾1-2 lemons (about a 1/4 cup of juice)
- ◾about 1/4 cup olive oil
- ◾1 shallot (chopped)

- ◾2 tablespoons grainy Dijon Mustard
- ◾1 tablespoon herbs de Provence
- ◾1 teaspoon dried thyme
